1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sweets n Stuff app and website, operated by Sweets n Stuff Bouquets Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are physical goods — personalised sweet bouquets and gift boxes.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
• An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

3. Personalisation & Custom Designs

• By submitting personalised text or images, you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to reject personalisation content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights.
• AI-generated designs are created using your input and are unique to your order. We cannot guarantee exact reproduction of any specific style.
• Custom and personalised items are non-refundable once production has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this app, including but not limited to logos, designs, software, and text, is the property of Sweets n Stuff Bouquets Ltd or its licensors. All trademarks mentioned or depicted on personalised products are for descriptive identification purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trademark owners referenced.

5. Payment

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Payment is taken at the time of order.
• GiftSplit™ payments are collected individually from each group member via Stripe.
• All prices are in GBP. International customers may be subject to exchange rate fees from their bank.

6. Delivery

• Members receive FREE UK tracked next-day delivery (orders placed by 2pm Mon–Fri, UK Mainland only).
• Non-members: standard delivery charges apply. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, and Crown Dependencies may experience longer delivery times.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
• Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition.
• If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence at sweets@sweets-n-stuff.com.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Membership

• Membership is free and provides access to exclusive member pricing, free delivery, loyalty points, GiftSplit™, and AI Personalise features.
• We reserve the right to change or withdraw membership benefits with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of membership privileges may result in account suspension.

9. GiftSplit™

• GiftSplit™ is available to members only.
• A £1.20 per-person service fee applies and is non-refundable once payment is made.
• Product share payments are refunded if the GiftSplit™ expires or is cancelled, within 5–10 business days.
• GiftSplit™ expires after 7 days if not fully paid.

10. Loyalty Points & Rewards

• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• We reserve the right to adjust, expire, or withdraw loyalty points with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
